Absolutely infuriating experience! I had a confirmed booking via EazyDiner for 2:30pm. I reached the restaurant early at 1:50pm, thinking I’d grab a relaxed meal. Instead, I was told they wouldn’t even take my order because their “app wasn’t showing the booking,” and I’d have to wait until exactly 2:30pm. It gets worse — the staff outright refused to take the order, claiming the kitchen wouldn’t accept it unless it reflected on their app. That’s honestly one of the most ridiculous excuses I’ve heard. Serving a customer should come first — sort out your backend or billing later. Making someone wait nearly an hour just to place an order is unacceptable. I had even called ahead before arriving and still faced this nonsense. What exactly is the logic here? Do you expect customers to arrive *only* at the exact booking time and stand around hungry even if they’re already at your restaurant? This kind of rigid, clueless service is beyond frustrating. Completely ruined my day!!! Never coming back. Never recommending this place to anyone for sure!
