Not good place for family dining like rest of clubs , service is poor, even they charged higher than provided menu in one item ,I came to know after payment ( excuse was in last 7 days they had revised, however unable to show)

I visited yesterday after booking a table through Zomato for five people. On reaching the venue, we were informed that guests who book via Zomato are not allowed to sit inside the club and can only be seated on the open rooftop. This restriction was never mentioned on Zomato or any of their social media platforms. To make matters worse, my friends were asked to pay an additional ₹2,000 to be allowed inside. Such hidden policies and extra charges are completely unacceptable. If these rules exist, they should be clearly mentioned before customers make a reservation. The most disappointing part was the behavior of the manager, Mr. Kanha. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service. Our bill was around ₹5,000, yet we were treated as if he was doing us a favor. Hospitality is about respecting every customer, regardless of the bill amount. The management and staff seriously need training in professionalism and customer handling. Customers pay for the service and deserve transparency, courtesy, and respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their communication and hospitality standards.

Unprofessional staff.. deliberately they charged covering fee just because we booked it through district app so that we can get very less discount..utter nonsense … district support team also didn’t help.
