A restaurant that perfectly combines ambiance and flavor. The interiors carry a unique Hindustan Motors inspired touch, adding to its charm. The food is delicious and of great quality, leaving you pleasantly full without feeling heavy. I ordered tandoori roti, paneer lababdar and paneer tikka, each dish was well prepared. The tandoori roti was soft and light, while the paneer dishes had a balanced blend of spices that brought out excellent flavors. Though the portion size felt slightly small for the price, overall, I left as a satisfied customer after dining at Grains.

Food: ⭐⭐⭐½ The food was average. Quality and taste were acceptable but didn’t really stand out and can definitely be improved. Ambience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ Excellent ambience with a calm, pleasant, and well-maintained environment. One of the highlights of the place.

The interior is amazing, the veg menu is extensive and lets you enjoy a lot of items. The North Indian is a must try. They can greatly improve on the service.

The restaurant is purely vegetarian, which may not cater to everyone’s preferences. Unfortunately, the staff behavior at the main restaurant was not satisfactory and left much to be desired. Service was slow and unresponsive despite repeated requests. However, the breakfast restaurant stood out with courteous and attentive staff, offering a much better experience. Overall, there’s a noticeable contrast in service quality between the two dining areas.

Recently I went there with my extended family. Despite of such a good word from mouth, I was utterly disappointed. Food was average, while the service was extremely slow to say the least. They even goofed up the order also. It was really a bad experience.

Pros: - Sufficient seating space - Ample car parking - Decent ambience - Decent prices Cons: - Food is disappointing. Taste of simple Dal Makhani, Paneer Butter Masala will leave you frustrated. - Small portions - Mosquitoes everywhere, even though the place is well lit - Lack of staff management - Person who opens the door for you, gets the plates, brings food, finger bowl, carries used plates, serves the food, gets the bill, spoons, tissues. Other staff just stand, do nothing. Sometimes take orders. Conclusion: Avoidable. Not recommended for good food Go only if you want parking, and spacious dining area.

The staffs are highly under trained. One of the serving staff sipped from my mocktail and delivered that on my table. Luckily i saw him doing this or else i would have never known what he did. When i complaint about it the staffs lied that manager is not available. But i finally found the manager and narrated the incident. But there was absolutely no reaction from other staffs or manager. They didnt bother to take it seriously. Though the ambience is good but staffs are undertrained and poorly behaved. Imagine the staff serving me the same mocktail after sipping from it infront of me.

Today I ordered one Dosa and one plate Idli from this restaurant . I got an insect there from Sambar. I couldn’t eat anything. I started vomiting after seeing this. My health is not good for this. Such an unexpected things . I am sharing pic along with my review.

Worst food quality, worst drinks, good ambience and friendly staff. I highly recommend them to change their chef. Never to try Alfredo pasta, Hakka noodles and pink lady drink.
