The restaurant provides a lavishly curated menu that caters to the exotic tastes of the Odia Cuisine. Since I visited the restaurant during the celebration of Pakhala, an authentic Odia dish which is served with an array of flavoured dishes to complement rice meal. The restaurant staff was not only professional but also showcased an amiable personality while narrating the essence of origin of the dishes and its significance for being placed in the menu. Overall, the authentic yet pleasing atmosphere of the restaurant encompasses the feeling of royalty, representing the diversity and uniqueness of the Odia culture.

Initially, I would like to appreciate the ambiance. Starting from the appearance till the serving part. I have tasted "Pakhala" odia cuisine for the first time. Along with that I had mutton which is very tasty The food service is very traditional as they served in the brass utensils which I felt were very unique. Overall the way they serve the taste of food is a very appreciative process.

Loved the food. It was truly authentic Odia cuisine, extremely delicious and mind blowing. We loved the patauri fish, chicken kasa and prawn bara. The staff especially Dibakar and Badal were equally courteous, friendly and hospitable.

Love the traditional Odia cuisine here. The pumpkin flower bhaja, dalma, chingudi chhana extremely delicious and appetising. Also, the service by Mr Bijan, Dibakar, Badal and Jitender was excellent. Will definitely visit again soon.

Really happy with the warm service and the delicious food. The service by Mr. Badal and Bijoy was top notch. Also, the food, especially the Chicken Kasa & Macha Besara was quite authentic and extremely delicious.

I recently dined at Mayfair (Kanika) in Bhubaneswar, which is known for its fine dining and exceptional culinary reputation and authentic odia cuisine. Sadly, this visit was quite underwhelming. Having visited this location last May and their other outlets in Puri, Gopalpur, and other states, I’ve noticed a marked decline in the food quality at the Bhubaneswar outlet. The waiting time was unusually long, and the service left much to be desired. We had to remind the staff multiple times about our order, and even something as simple as a finger bowl had to be requested, while it was promptly served to other guests around us. While I do know the name of the server, I’d prefer not to mention it, but the lack of attentiveness was evident. For a restaurant of this stature and success, customer service and food quality should be paramount. Unfortunately, today’s festive family outing was a disappointment, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend visiting Mayfair Kanika in Bhubaneswar.

I dined there alone last week. I am a regular customer at Mayfair and personally know many staff. Most of them are very nice. kanika staff are rude and make faces behind customers. Food used to be really nice but it's below average now. I really wish management takes a firm stand against staff and improve food quality. customers visit Mayfair for ambience and food both. Price is secondary
