Visited Kebabs & Kurries at ITC Welcomhotel, Bhubaneswar and it turned out to be a wonderful dining experience. The food was exceptional. The Murgh Angara, Murgh Bemisal, and especially the Gilawat Ke Kebab were unbelievably soft, juicy, and packed with rich flavours. The subtle infusion of saffron elevated the taste without overpowering the dish. The Murgh Biryani was aromatic and perfectly cooked, while the kulcha paired beautifully with the mains. The desserts were the perfect ending to the meal. The Shahi Tukda was absolutely outstanding—rich, creamy, and literally melted in the mouth. The kulfi and gulab jamun were equally delicious. The ambience was elegant, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxed fine-dining experience. The staff were courteous, attentive, and made sure everything was served promptly without being intrusive. Overall, it was a memorable experience with excellent food, warm hospitality, and a beautiful atmosphere. Definitely one of the finest places for North Indian cuisine in Bhubaneswar. Looking forward to visiting again! Highly recommended!
