They didn’t provide their usual menu and the hospitality was below their usual standards. We asked for water three times but it was never served during our entire two hour visit, which was disappointing. While the food tasted good, the portion size and plating felt more average compared to before. Overall, we weren’t satisfied with the service, though the taste of the food was still good

service experience was not good. have to chase each of the waiter and the manager for a seat for atleast 30 mins, finally managed a seat of our own. asked for the table cleaning which is not done. some of the waiters encouraging other waiters first to focus on bill clearance rather than focusing on table cleaning or new customers. after long waiting for the table get cleaned which was not done again have to move to some other table and approach some other waiter there. one of the dish which we ordered doesn't have the dips in it which was supposed to have.

wrost experience ever, 3 food items could not got delivered even in 1 and half hour time, had to cancel all order and return empty stomach to home. my suggestion don't go on peak days to kgb else it will be more horrible.

it was a horrible experience 2.5hrs delay in service lastly had to cancel the order and return home. extremely disappointed with district app as well even though booking done prior to 3 hours didn't got a VIP table.

very poor service. The place is understaffed. Doesn't matter if you book a table on district hours prior, they don't reserve the table. Staff behavior was very rude. Food served was cold.

Pathetic service, had to wait for my food for over 40 mins. Moreover the staff was extremely disrespectful, would not recommend it to anyone.
