While in the mall, the person taking order seemed extremely moody and unprofessional in the way she was handling the customers, which is not expected from a provider who has 4 stars attached to name. If the best of your staffs are this rude and impatient, I'm not sure what kind of inspiration the person would be leaving for the rest of the staff. If she was this ill behaved on a Monday evening, I could only imagine what it would be on a weekend with the crowd rushing to the mall.
