Amazing food and ambience, we had peri peri chicken pizza. which was outworldly. Also they took care of a special mocktail request for my wife.

The food and ambience were good. The DJ, the songs were on point. The only problem was unavailability of air conditioner. This issue is not expected from a chain like Raasta. Otherwise we have always loved Raasta❤️

Food was really amazing as well as the staff behaviour was also very good but they need to upgrade rooftop loght ambience as the lighting was not good everywhere dark can’t even read menu but overall good.

The customer service was absolutely the worst. We had just arrived and were seated when the waiter came and asked us to change seats, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. We weren't allowed on the rooftop because someone had booked it for a party, which is understandable. Still, they should have mentioned it on online platforms. However, why were we asked to change seats after choosing our preferred corner, or even directed to Himalayan Yeti when the food would still be from Raasta? Does it make sense? I saw a single person sitting at an 8-seater table with a window view, and two other couples were also seated in two different spaces that were the same as an 8-seater table with a window view. So why did it come to us when we had our space with a 6-seater table? My roommate and I had a booking through Zomato and went to that restaurant for the ambiance because we heard that the vegetarian food, especially, wasn't worth the money. We left in a very bad mood. If this was because of the Zomato booking, then why do you have a listing on Zomato...there was a cover charge which goes to the restaurant if you pay the bill on zomato that's why they asked us to have their food even if not in their restaurant but the near by restaurant Himalayan yeti....and I think they only treat bad people who had booking through zomato.....zomato need to look through these problems who has listing in zomato

The only good thing about this place is their prompt service. Food is pretty average (trying my best to be polite), place is full of unnecessary noise and bad music playing.
