Visited this place first time. They serve in brass utensils which seemed impressive. Food was was good in terms of price, quality and quantity. Nice ambience. Service was good too.

Don't go by the name, food is okies definitely not authentic Rajasthani. Very loud music & it's a one time thing if you want some veg food.

My recent visit to Rajasthani Rasoi was a blend of traditional charm and culinary shortcomings. Here’s a concise review of the experience: 🍽 Dish 1: Dal Bati Churma (Rating: 3/5) Dal: The dal had a comforting, semi-thick consistency but lacked the robust spice blend typical of authentic Rajasthani flavors. Bati: Nicely crispy on the outside but slightly dense and dry inside. Served with ghee, it was decent but not standout. Churma: Mildly sweet with a grainy texture, but missing the aromatic punch of cardamom and nuts. Overall, the Dal Bati Churma was good but could use refinement in depth of flavor. 🍽 Veg Biryani (Rating: 2/5) Flavour: The biryani had an acceptable basic flavor but missed the complex that elevate the dish. Vegetables: A major letdown, with some veggies like beans being burnt, adding an unpleasant bitterness. The mushrooms, promised by staff, were notably absent, which was disappointing. Raita: The accompaniment to the biryani, the raita, failed to feel fresh. The ingredients used had an unfresh aroma, suggesting it had been prepared well in advance, which affected the overall quality both in taste and aroma. Presentation: Standard presentation with side raita, but it couldn't mask the issues with the main ingredients. 👨‍🍳Service: The staff lacked attentiveness and could be more proactive to enhance the dining experience. We had booked the place via Zomato since morning for dining. We reached perfectly on time. But there was no table reserved for us. On top of that the restaurant manager is telling us that there is a clause that if table is available then only they would allow. And on searching the Zomato I didn’t find any such clause. What kind of customer service is rendered by the restaurant shows an example of the type of people running the place. I’ve never faced this type of situation ever. And we were with an infant hence it wasn’t possible to wait without the restaurant giving us a timeline. It’s extremely poor service

The chef has left and the food quality has gone to the gutter. the basic and best item - sev tamatar bhaji- is highly disappointing. they had a special thali on this particular Sunday with 21 items unlimited. except the puri, nothing was good. the dhokla was too tight, tighter than a rock

even after payment from district app I went through a traumatic experience as the restaurant claimed that district and zomato they don't know and no other app except Swiggy is acceptable to them.

The staff are not well behaved. I found small pebbles from my food. My side table had a hair strand in their plate. They don't follow the basic hygienic standards.
