I had visited this restaurant recently & had an awesome experience. Food quality was top-notch, service was super quick & the professional staff attend to every details. Ambience is well planned & roof top garden restaurant just blows your mind away - all I can say a perfect place for family/corporate get-together. Overall a very satisfying experience. 5 🌟

The food was decent, nothing extraordinary about it but the quantity was way too low, especially when you see it with respect to the price. The staff is prompt and the service was pretty good. The ambience was great as well but the food didn't live up to our expectations especially with respect to the portoin sizes.

I recently visited Sabooz and had an enjoyable dining experience. The food was good, with a decent selection of dishes that were well-prepared and flavorful. The ambiance was also nice, with a pleasant and comfortable setting that made for a relaxed dining experience. However, I must say that overall, it was an average experience. While the food and ambiance were good, there was nothing particularly outstanding that would set Sabooz apart from other restaurants. Additionally, the service was decent but not exceptional. Overall, Sabooz is a decent option for a night out, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to visit again.

We went for family group dinner. But the service was not good. Long wait for food, it took 40min+ for 3 starters to come. Main course took 50min+. Also, had to call multiple times for cutlery, water and also to order food. Food quantity is not much. No finger bowl after eating. Overall food was decent but the service ruined the mood.

Highly overpriced for the quantity and quality of food they provide. They need to up their game if they want to survive. All the dishes lacked the finesse most were either just or or below avg.

Your packaging for online orders is outright horrible. Despite your location in a proper building... You pack the food as if you are a roadside food stall inside a slum. Horrible way of using aluminium foil boxes with tapes all around plastered shabbily. It seems as if a toddler did the job.. Trying to remove those tapes from such a small deformable box is a major headache. . Food items often spill out and fall on the floor during that process. Why don't you use proper airtight plastic boxes like other decent restaurants in this city? Your rates are not low.. Why do you provide third class food packaging services to your customers for first class prices? Shame on you for being so miserly. I will never order from you again. Last time I categorically gave you the feedback to drastically improve your packaging for online food delivery. But you don't care. Change your name from Sabooz to Berang.

They don’t even deserve one star rating.. I went for dinner with my family and as you can see in the picture of food that we were served alive insect. Thank god we saw it and when we called the waiter to inform him about the issue they were not even bothered and when we left the restaurant a person came to apologise but it didn’t sound like he felt guilty about anything. We were trying to talk but he stopped the conversation as he saw other customers entering the restro. He said, "Theek hai madam good night".. Seriously! This is how you guys are maintaining hygiene and you guys were not even sorry and you don’t know how to behave with a customer.. A huge no to this kind of restaurant we are paying money and in return we get this!.. SERIOUSLY DISSAPOINTING.Poor management, unhygienic food, bad service and so unprofessional. A big no to this place.

Look wise this is good but staff is not friendly. We ordered chicken ceaser salad and guess what there was no chicken in it. When we complainted they just sprinkled some pieces and that's it. They did not consider our suggestions and were completely rude.
