The cashier at Punjab Grill street food counter in DN Regalia Mall always denies payments made through the District/Zomato app. He behaves as if he is personally giving a 15% discount from his own pocket and often displays rude behavior toward customers. The management should look into this matter and take appropriate action as soon as possible. Meanwhile, other outlets, such as those in Esplanade and Utkal Galleria Mall, accept District/Zomato app payments without any issues.

Vendors are claiming that District payments aren't reflecting on their end and are refusing to accept them. However, I’ve never encountered these issues elsewhere. It seems likely they are trying to avoid honoring the negotiated discounts or have issues with the District agreement. Should unlist them to prevent further issues. because this is really frustrating.

The cashier refused to accept payment from the District app/Zomato and behaved rudely at Regalia Street Food Punjabi Grill. Staff at other outlets (utkal galleria, Esplanade)well-behaved.
