Nice place for a quick snacks. It's a pure vegetarian place mostly serving the Souty Indian Items. The waiters were very courteous and quick in service. The food we ordered tasted exactly like what we had expected it to be. Everything was awesome. We ordered for a Rawa masala dosa which came with chutneys and Sambhar. Also a super snacks combo which had Cold drinks, Paw Bhaji, Dahi Wada, and Samosa Chaat. It was worth the price , quality and quantity. Overall a Perfect Combo. We also loved the rasgulla and cheese masala dosa in another visit. Will love to try other items in next visit. Thanks.

Been here quite a few times. Had their South Indian Thaali. Easily one of the best South Indian Thaali in Bhubaneswar. Have tried the idli, dosas, chats , paratha roll. Their Mayfair Special Dosa is highly recommended. They have variety of sweets too. The ambience is lovely and the staff is courteous. Overall a great place! This is one of my go to place for snacks.😊 Looking forward to more visits!

Its a very lively place next to thr mayfair lagoon. Its actually a part of it.. food is delicious and i liked it. We tried dum vada, chhole bathure, pav bhaji and everything is tasty. Pure, simple.. nice blend of flavors.. staff is polite. Serve well.. we also tried the chilli cheese garlic dosa....was nice but cheese was less in quantity and hence less flavors. Sambhar was real good. Ddnt like the tea though. Golgappas were ok but the paani and filling was good. Nice seating. We went twice. Its expensive but good. They charge 18% gst being property of mayfair but since its a restaurant this shouldn't be the case. Cold drink can is Rs 95 which is exorbitant.. thats not required..baked rasgulla was goid bt just like rasmalai.

So I have newly moved to Bhubaneswar and this place is amazing for snacks and South Indian. It’s impeccably clean n hygienic. The food is to die good. The South Indian is amazing. The chaat is almost as good as Mumbai! But the only problem is the slow service. The waiting staff takes hours to take your order and get it to you. It’s not just one time it’s an everyday story. The management should really look into it.

Best place for breakfast. Too early much better. Its less crowded, you can sit out too to enjoy the morning view with a cup of tea or coffee as per your preference. The jalebis here are just wonderful; small, crunchy and adequately sweet. The south Indian cuisine is definitely must try; dosa, idli and vada. You can try other desserts too cuz all of them are drool worthy.

there food is very good, especially chole bhature and bharva tikki chaat. Specially if you want to have North Indian snacks, I found it the best place so far. But service is little slow. It's like you have to wait for 10-15 minutes for waiter to come to you and take the order and same thing happens at billing time

More of a luxury or high end snacks parlor with amazing service and slightly above average food. The south Indian food and snacks is what it is best known for.

On 4th may we had been here for snacks in the evening...the service was too poor that day. We ordered 4plates idly one plate vada, two rawa dosas, one plain dosa and one chole bhature but they denied to provide chole bhature and told its not available but we saw infront of us people who were coming after us and ordered they provided them chole bhature. We didnt expected this type of horrible service from a 5star restaurant. After a v long long time they provided the rest order but only 3plate idly instead of 4. And the worst part is i was surprised when i started to eat idly there was RICE WORM inside and i immediately called the staff and showed them and they replaced and gave another plate of mini idly but the batter was same. We are pure vegetarian and how nasty i felt that day cant express. We can understand service part due to cyclone it was poor but at least as a 5star hotel they should maintain basic hygiene...if they are not able to provide food then they should have close the hotel and put a board ”restaurant closed due to cyclone”. Lot of time we had lunch n dinner in mayfairs rest of the restaurants in Lemmon Grass, Kanika and Nakli Dhaba lot of time never had this type of unhygenic experience there but now i feel they all are using expiry date items which is harmful for our health. Though they didnt charged the bill but i feel its not a matter of money its a matter of trust. We have travelled lot of places and had food in various 5star restaurants like ITC Maratha, ITC Gardenia, Hilton, Taj lands end etc but never have faced this type of situation. I warn people to look at the food properly while you eat especially to the pregnant and senior citizen people.

This is the second time, that I am disappointed with the staff and management of another restaurant of Mayfair chain. We went there on a Sunday, and occupied a table, we searched for a waiter to take down our order but all the waiters were busy doing nothing. After 15 minutes we managed to catch the attention of one of the busy waiters and asked him for a glass of water. However, the person did not return. Then we called another gentleman who finally brought us some water. After 10 minutes another waiter came and took down our order. Food arrived within reasonable time but after we finished our food we searched for waiters again to ask them for the bill. However, we had to wait for another 10-15 minutes to finally catch attention of a waiter and pay our bill. Customer satisfaction has been kept at bay by Mayfair it seems. Merely depending on good will won't help much. Same is the case with Mamma Mia as well. It is either lack of adequate waiters or lack of courtesy that a person has to wait for so long in a premium hotel chain to order his food. Highly disappointed.
