My new year eve dinner with my family was completely ruined by visiting the beer cafe. My parents visited earlier & they liked the food so I booked for nye dinner, the food was good but in my wine there was a dead cockroach that had laid eggs also, it was a high priced wine.This highlights the basic hygiene of the kitchen where a roach is actually poured into my glass unnoticed. No amount of apologies, discounts or free dishes can ever compensate for this.

They are cheaters. Lie a lot during order process. Don’t honour Zomato offers.if they agree to payment through Zomato, then they make a another bill with inflated prices. Not recommended to anyone.

Horrible service. Incompetent staff. Don’t know how to behave. Increase the bill as per their wish. Ruined our evening. now I understand why it’s empty and noone goes there.

Had ordered nachos, the restaurant served only a dip of salsa with nachos and i was charged Rs.300 for the same. It’s just a cheaper version of the beer cafe.

Pathetic service. Forget even basic things like ice. Moreover declined store offer of buy 2 get 1 on drinks when paying through Zomato. Not recommended ever.
