We visited this restaurant for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food and service were excellent. The taste, quality, and portion sizes were all superb. A special mention to our server, Nirmalaya, who was extremely courteous and friendly, making us feel truly welcome throughout the evening. What touched us the most was the thoughtful gesture of offering my dad a slice of 'Chenna Poda' simply because he mentioned that he likes it, even though we hadn't ordered it. Such warmth and hospitality made our dinner even more special. Highly recommended!

Trident is one of the best places in town in terms of hospitality services. They're very professional. I've always had a great experience. Kishan has been a great host. He takes care of everything, even the little details. Great food as well.

Suraj helped us with everything. Paratha came 30mins late but taste was good. Freshly made curd . Pulpy orange juice. Enjoyed it all.

Food is very average, you get better food elsewhere. The staff member serving us was undertrained and over smart. Lacked general mannerism to talk to customers and was bragging about himself working at a 5 star. Little did this man know this isn’t even a 5 star. Ambience is the only good part here and they got a good bakery.

the food was decent, good options. but the place was too congested. hardly 10 tables, for such a large property. also no attached smoking area.
