Trident is one of the best places in town in terms of hospitality services. They're very professional. I've always had a great experience. Kishan has been a great host. He takes care of everything, even the little details. Great food as well.

Good food, beautiful ambiance. There was no valet. Would’ve liked that. Also, the restaurant doesn’t have lift access, that’s a miss.

Suraj helped us with everything. Paratha came 30mins late but taste was good. Freshly made curd . Pulpy orange juice. Enjoyed it all.

Food is very average, you get better food elsewhere. The staff member serving us was undertrained and over smart. Lacked general mannerism to talk to customers and was bragging about himself working at a 5 star. Little did this man know this isn’t even a 5 star. Ambience is the only good part here and they got a good bakery.

The food was absolute shit !!!! They had renovation going on for their restaurant and asked us to have our lunch at the bar. They didn’t inform this to me when I called them to ask about the reservation. We ordered mutton railway Curry and received bland mutton stew. Pasta was under cooked. Al Dante ??? Far from it ! Even the lamb chops were harder than cardboard !!!! Never again. U was loyal to them since I was a kid, but I guess it’s time to grow out of bad childhood habits
