The food was good but pricey but the service could be better I had booked volt lounge but they had miss booked me and booked me in the velvet lounge .Overall the experience was good but could be better.

Everything was good (The ambience, the drinks) until the bill arrived and they told us that they exclude alcohol from the Zomato offer. This isn't the standard these days at most places.

For the place it is showing 40% discount if the payment is made via zomato, but they are not accepting the whole payment through zomato they had made the alcohal part separate bill and took the payment other than zomato.

Good ambiance, but poor customer service and rude behavior ruined our experience We visited on Saturday evening, 26th July, with a group of 10 friends for dinner and clubbing. Tables were booked in advance via Swiggy. The place has a nice vibe, the food was good, and the overall ambiance was enjoyable at first. But several issues left us disappointed: 🔸 The hookah quality was very poor, and even after three complaints, it had to be changed multiple times. The long wait each time spoiled the experience. 🔸 The manager’s behavior was extremely rude. We had visited this place earlier, and that time they gave us a hookah discount. When I politely requested the same (since we were a large group and our bill was going to be over ₹8,000), he egoistically refused, saying we only come for discounts. Even with the Swiggy deal, our bill was still ₹5,000+, which is not a small amount. 🔸 On the club dance floor, we requested the manager and DJ to play just one party song of our choice before we left. They rudely declined, saying they had a bigger group at that time. It clearly felt like smaller groups are ignored, no matter how politely they ask. 🔸 They also took a group photo with a DSLR but never shared it, even after a week, despite saying they would. 🔸 It honestly felt like if you’re spending a lot of money, only then you’ll be treated with respect. Otherwise, you’re just ignored or dismissed. We came to enjoy and celebrate, but the lack of basic courtesy from the management ruined the night. The place has potential, but they seriously need to work on treating all customers with equal respect—no matter how big their bill is.

There is no transparency.They do not adhere to their own terms in zomato pre booking.They haven’t mentioned in their pre booking that offer is not valid for liquors.They give a separate bill for liquor which they dont include in zomato pay and ask us to pay the whole bill separately.Very much disappointed!!

Once you tell them about Zomato booking, half of the items will be not available. They only serve noodles with zomato booking. No tikka and tandoori items.
