I had visited this outlet twice and loved the food quality and taste over here. I had always preferred north indian but this time for a change i ordered a masala dosa from this restaurant. I find it good in taste but not that good that i rate it 5 out of 5. So, from my side i will rate the masala dosa 3 out of 5 and overall will rate this restaurant as 4 out of 5.

Dear all, this feedback is all about my experience about team zomato not the restaurant. I have raised an order with Sanskriti the restaurant but the order reflecting not taken by restaurant. I have called restaurant the person at other end told me that they do not seeing any order then a zomato boy named mahesh reached the restaurant to book food but when I have called mahesh he informed nobody picking his phone in zomato team. And due to some e technical issue order not reflecting. So kindly treat order as cancel I again called mahesh post 5 to 10 min to know the status but still order not accepted by restaurant so I told him to treat this order cancelled as post 10 pm in bijnor it's hard to find food. I immediately ran with my family for a nearest restaurant and taken food. But at 10:50 pm. I have received call from team zomato. Just to inform me about cancelled charge. I just want to know when it's your system fault then why I am liable to pay cancellation charge. It's very pathetic service by zomato. One thing I want to reiterate today is first and last day as I have installed zomato app today and thinking to delete it today itself. Also I cannot recommend this app to anyone and also with this experience and unprofessional behavior by team zomato is reflected call details attached for your reference regards Vivek Bhardwaj Advocate and legal advisor
