I recently dined at Bombay Duck, and while the ambience was pleasant and the staff were polite and professional, I found the overall dining experience lacking in a few areas. The salted peanuts seemed stale, possibly roasted too early and left exposed, which affected their freshness. The chicken dishes were decent but could use improvement to match the standards of other restaurants in Thane and Mumbai. My mother's Paya Soup was salty, which was disappointing. As seasoned non-vegetarians who have explored many dining spots in the area, we feel that Bombay Duck has potential but needs to enhance its food quality to compete with other options.

Absolute horrible experience over food and staff behaviour. They had no idea over the items written on the menu. Food came cold mind you without any taste too. Regarding the rates I feel as if the restaurant should be actually paying you for being able to finish these non edible items. Like we had placed an order over daal tadka and therein came dal khichdi which came in uncooked and then there was mumtaz kebab which was promised 8 pieces to us then she came in 3 undercooked pieces. Trust me guys I had an absolute time here with my parents. We had came with high expectations and returned back with no hopes to spare at all. Just don't ever dine in or order from here. You'd bless me that you didn't had to taste their ducks.

we visited this place 1st time after Renovation... we visited it before Renovation that time food was very good... this time very very disappointed... food quantity was as compared to price what they are charging... they increased the price but the quality of food decreased... we ordered Bhatti ka murg kabab, which was very oily and almost tasteless. .... served without green chutney nd just 1 spoon of salad... we asked for chutney, which was bland.... crispy corn chaat was turned into onion corn chaat... more amount of onion nd less number of corn which was not at all crispy... we ordered peach iced tea, which was served hot and just in simple glass with no garnish.... very much disappointed

Visited with family for dinner on 20th Jan. Around 9 pm. The valet there was very rude to us saying "Idhar jagah nai hai tumko kahi aur lagana hai laga k aao car humare pass time nai".. Imagine a person kept for assisting with parking replying this. We requestes him as we had a 1 year old kid with us and it was late for dinner. He came back after a minute saying owner bol rahe humare paas jaga nai yaha mat aao. Pathetic attitude. And very rude. Shall never visit again and wont recommend to anyone as well. Never experienced such attitude at any restro..

I went there for a family dinner and spotted a cockroach in rice. I was so worried about it since I couldn't even say anything at that table as this restaurant was suggestion for the dinner. And I had to hide that thing but no body have eaten that rice thankfully.

The food was nice but the service was pathetic imagine waiting 45 mins for simple boiled chanas staff has no interest in service if it's a stag group highly not recommended on the basis of service

Absolutely Pathetic The service is the worst. Took 1 hour to get basic water. Nobody to take orders. Waste of time and money
