I visited this place today and apparently discovered I had the superpower of invisibility. The waiter took my friend’s order but didn’t even bother asking me what I’d like. I sat waiting until I finally asked if I could order, to which the waiter casually said, “please do.” By then, my mood was already gone. The staff definitely need better training in customer interaction no guest should feel ignored like this.

I love their food.. have been to this place multiple times tried multiple dishes each better than the other... Didn't know salad can be so tasty that I will look forward to have salads.. must try..

Sent me this Stale stuff Ordered on Zomato I have called for this salad multiple times Never such an issue This is my lunch and it’s ruined… Open the bowl to mix the veggies and this is what I found . Request you to refund my payment and send me my lunch

Horrible Food poisoning- diarrhoea , nausea and vomiting for both of us after eating veg salad and grilled chicken salad. The veg salad was overloaded with oily and super tangy dressing. Food Quality is compromised Didn’t expect this from Bombay salad. Extremely disappointed!!

how can a salad shop not have a Ceaser salad. the server doesn't seem interested in taking anyone's order. the glasses for water look so old that they look used. for the overpriced menu, did not meet the expectations.

My absolute favorite spot for delicious smoothie bowls and fresh salads! Although prices are on the higher side, the quality is top-notch, making it well worth the splurge. A few suggestions for improvement: - Larger space would be ideal, as current location can get dusty due to nearby construction - Parking facilities would be a big plus and the Ac needs servicing. However, I love that it's PET FRIENDLY! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Can't wait to go back

I think it's overrated. we had 3 different salads the yogi, LA bowl, couch potato. none of them was good. we didn't finish any. it didn't give the feeling of freshness. wanted to go to this place for last few months but was disappointment after dining there.
