Had a wonderful dining experience here. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was polite and quick, and the ambience was calm and welcoming. Definitely a place worth visiting again.

The food is great mostly. I have tried a lot of items here. The sticky toffee pudding is phenomenal! But the burger bun is too big and dry. Needs to be better.

Ambiance was lovely! Decent food and drinks options. Must try their fresh juice and brownie. *con* service was bit slow than expected.

Firstly its inside CrossRoad Mall, and secondly the food here was not upto the mark, and price, i ordered, cold coffee and cappuccino and 1 chicken peri peri pizza , The crust was like paper, it had nothing in it, and to be honest whole pizza was a bizzare , the coffee too was not good . Also the place was dead empty , i visited around 1-2 PM on Sunday

The soldier in uniform represents sacrifice, discipline, and sleepless nights that protect others comfort. .....Today I visited Bungalow, Cross Mall Road, Dehradun to celebrate our Marriage Anniversary and requested Manager to give seat/place in corner for cutting of cake, but he replied the seats are booked. After some time, I again requested him that I am an Army Person and will vacate the seat after cake cutting...I left the restaurant after the meal at 0930h, but no person arrived for that particular seat, which was requested by me. I am not complaining to anyone but only I would like to express that ................... We say we respect our Army… but it is only a slogan in civil. If our actions don’t match our words, then it’s not respect — it’s just a show-off.

I am a regular at bungalow and usually when we order alcohol, the service is amazing and the food is amazing. For the first time we did not order any alcoholic beverages and I think it impacted the attitude of the servers and the Service plus the food quality. We were repeatedly getting wrong orders and stale food that we had to return and literally eat dinner by dipping our naan into the dal which was undercooked. I thought I was a loyal customer of this restaurant, but I am really sorry that I will no longer be a customer of bungalow or any restaurant chains They have in any city or in any country. This is not a negative review. It is a reality and a fact. I hope that they improve their services and food quality in future for other people because I will no longer associated with this kind of restaurant.
