Perfect place to have fun with your buddies while enjoying the delicious food. Newly opened in Chandigarh and there service is quite impressive. Almost everything served here is delicious and one must visit this place. As the name suggest, this place is actually pocket friendly. Ambience is great and eye catching. Must Recommend 💯❤️❤️

White sauce pasta is the best 5/5 Veg Quesadillas are good 4/5 Veg Biryani is good 4/5 Cold coffee is good 5/5 Hazelnut cold coffee is good (strong coffee) 4/5 Butterscotch shake is too sugary 1/5

I had a pathetic experience at 36 Hotspot Cafee & Kitchen. The food was poor in terms of quantity and quality and the service was lacking - the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our requests. To make matters worse, they had this buy one get one offer..that's a SCAM. They will not allow you to buy another meal as per your choice. worst case they will get your order delayed and now they will not let you pack your meal. They also asked for 70 rs additional packing charges for the BOGO meal which was of 270 rs. I mean, how can you take 70 rs packing charge for our buy one get one meal?? Also the bowl size for main meal and another meal was par different . I have added the photo for your reference. This was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment.

Today I went there with my two friends for lunch, there was an offer to buy one get one, but we found out it's a total scam, because you have to eat the exact same things twice. You can't even choose two things from the same section. The delivery was very late. And when we asked to pack a few items from the order as we were getting late they denied it. Also they served pan chai in place of elaichi chai. The serving of pasta was not equal in buy one get one. Before starting such an offer please mention terms and conditions clearly. Very bad experience. I won't suggest anyone to go to this place.

I recently visited 36 hotspot cafee & kitchen and had a disappointing experience. The food was not really good and the service was also poor:- the staff were inattentive and unresponsive to our needs. The air conditioning was also poor, leaving us feeling uncomfortably hot throughout our meal. To make matters worse, we are abruptly asked to leave our table even before finishing our meal because it has supposedly been reserved for someone else who called just 20 minutes prior. This was really unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome.

Today we went 36 hotspot,ist we asked for vanilla coffee they rejected that because that is not available,then I replaced my drink with something else,after 5 mints we decided our food ,we ordered tandoori paneer pizza and cheese chilli,however, again same they don’t have paneer for pizza means seriously. V.bad experience with them
