One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The restaurant is completely open-air, but there are no fans, no coolers, and absolutely no proper ventilation, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit and eat, especially in the heat. What made the experience even worse was the rude and unresponsive staff. We had to repeat the same things multiple times—almost 100 times—and they simply did not bother to listen or address our concerns properly. The attitude of the staff was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the food was equally disappointing. The quality and taste were far below expectations and certainly not worth the money. Overall, poor ambience, terrible service, rude staff, and bad food. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone. There are much better options available, and this restaurant seriously needs to improve both its service and basic customer experience.

The food was terrible and we were allotted seats where we were not comfortable. Despite 50% of the seats being empty, they didn't change our seats even after we told them twice that we were uncomfortable.

We were not given the table initially and when we were given we got a pathetic table. The manager misbehaved with us in a bad manner. We paid a cover charge and we did not get a booking
