We ordered mango falooda which had a strand of hair in it. Moreover, it wasn't even tasty. It was unnecessarily heavy. I feel like we wasted 300 for 2 glasses of mango falooda.

Worst experience ever Ordered cake for large gathering 3 tier cake but when received it came to be 2 tier only and their employee set up the cake ran away quickly without informing us. And it was not even sufficient for our gathering so don't ever order them cakes for party, you don't know what they will deliver. And also they take full payment in advance. When confronted them about the same they refused to hear talked rudely. But we didn't cut the call and we could hear her scolding her employees for the mistake. When we talked again still she refused to accept her mistake infront of us. Double standard lady she is, if made a mistake accept it rather than fighting with us. Avoid Baker's lounge play safe at other bakeries

I bought 4 Chinese rolls from bakers lounge. When me and my family started eating, we found 2 small pieces of wooden sticks that came in my fathers mouth. It could have caused serious health hazard if my father would have swallowed it. Very disappointed. Such outlets should be held accountable for their negligent acts.

Bought 2+3 packets of Pao by mistake ( wife and son both bought separately in a matter of 20-30 min. We went back to exchange 2 packs of pao with something else and not return. But they refused to take back or exchange the item without any reason. Very surprising and unethical on their part. Very unreasonable.

Cake was delivered in the worst condition It was my mother’s birthday and since I have received the order I have been trying to connect with the agent no one’s responding. Although, I had make the instructions very clear.

i have ordered a cappuccino walnut cake. within 4 hours it smelled foul and tasted bitter. I tried contacting their staff. they didn't reply.
