The ambience is very good and the food was delicious.The service was also quite good. Ravi singh n harpreet kaur made the visit great by their warm gesture n smiling faces.

It was fine to have food here. Staffs are new and polite but they would require little bit more training while serving the starter. Extra marks for their well behavior

I visited Barbeque Nation last night, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The food was below average, but what truly ruined the evening was the pathetic service. We had to wait around 40 minutes just to get water, followed by another 20 minutes for the starters. Even then, no sauces or mint chutney were served—we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for that. When we moved to the main course, the situation got worse. There were no plates available, and after waiting about 15 minutes, we were given plates that were not even properly cleaned, with visible food stains still on them. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. This place seriously needs to improve its service standards and hygiene.

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any Barbeque Nation. Most of the food was burnt and completely tasteless. And by burnt, I really mean properly burnt—like “bilkul jaale hue snacks” 😀. Since it’s new, a lot of people came to try it out, but I’d strongly say: don’t waste your money here. After the snacks, there were only 2–3 main course options, probably because they already knew hardly anyone would want to try them. The only decent part was the dessert—they had at least 3 options, including one ice cream, which was okay. Honestly, it didn’t feel like Barbeque Nation at all. It felt like someone opened it by mistake and then ran out of money halfway 😀😀

Worst food with worst service . The ladies working there are really so slow and are more interested in their own gossips . The food came after 20 minutes we were seated . The drink bought was wrong because they were busy in their chit chatting . The tandoori items were not even semi grilled and were kept like this on grill . The staff is really very slow especially those 2-3 ladies . It was my first and last visit in this barbeque nation . Pathetic service with pathetic food . Totally a big zero . Can’t even think to compare your food service with that of sector 26 barbeque nation.

I visited this place on 1st of May with my family, the food was really not upto the mark, plus the service was really pathetic. Had to call each and every waiter for at-least 8-9 times to order something.
