I tried the iced mocha and pasta, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The pasta was not good in taste, and the bread was extremely hard, which made it unpleasant to eat. The iced mocha was average, nothing special. Overall, the food didn’t meet my expectations, and there’s definitely room for improvement in both taste and quality.

Visited Barista Diner this morning and had a disappointing experience regarding one of their ongoing offers. There was a breakfast combo offer with a complimentary drink, which sounded like a good deal. However, I was surprised to see that the offer was valid only if the payment was made in cash. My question is: when customers are increasingly using digital payment methods and paying through apps for convenience, why should cash payment be made a mandatory condition to avail an offer? I genuinely feel this condition is unnecessary and disappointing for customers who prefer digital payments. I hope Barista Diner reviews this policy and makes such offers available irrespective of the payment method. The food and overall experience were fine, but this payment condition definitely left me disappointed.

The food is just not good anymore. I've been coming here atleast once a week, at times more also for about a year and a half and the quality of food as well as the staff behaviour has gone down horribly. They don't know what items in their menu consist of, if a dish is spicy or not. Ordering a glass of water is a hassle, the servers don't come back for 10-15 minutes. I've been a loyal customer for such a long time, disappointed to see it go like this
