I recently dined at Beans n Brooks Cafe, and my experience left me deeply disappointed. The cafe itself had a charming ambiance, but the owner's behavior towards customers was unacceptable. The issue arose when I was sitting in basement having food where no one else was sitting and watching cricket match. Due to some instant rise in volume due to some random commercial, owner came and instead of professionally asking me to lower the volume, the owner became confrontational and treated me with complete disrespect. Aside from the poor customer service, the food was also subpar. I ordered a simple tea and pasta, but both were below average in taste and presentation. It's evident that the focus of this establishment is not on the quality of the food or the satisfaction of the customers. I believe that a restaurant's success is heavily dependent on its customer service and the quality of its offerings, both of which were sorely lacking at Beans n Brooks Cafe. I strongly advise potential diners to think twice before choosing this establishment, as it seems that customer comfort and satisfaction are not a priority for the owner.

Very very slow and disappointing service. Food was just average. Not worth the money or time. They dont accept zomato gold. Worst ever experience

This cafe is overhyped and coffee isnt that great. As a frequent visitor to many cafés around North, its a review with experience. At the price of #ccd #barista the coffee is nowhere near any of them. Moreover the presentation is nowhere to be seen. Sometimes the first impression is the last one. Would definitely prefer #frenchpresscafe for the best coffee or the usual #ovenfresh

This was very first white sauce pasta which had more chicken than pasta in it (not complaining) 🫶🏻 The pizza was okayyyy but their fries were really crispy! I swear i had very less expectations from this place idk why but this place was such a shocker for me! Amazing Amazing FOOOOD! ❤️

Cute cafe in mohali. Has a pool table table as well. Strawberry oreo shake was amazing❣️ Had smoked chicken burger as well it was pretty good too.

wrost service ever.. i visit the resturant i order onion paneer pizza but i got capsicum instead of onion .. when they changed they replace only topping from same pizza.. ... pls dont visit the resturant or not do any order from it

Has ordered chicken sandwich and coffee today, it was the worst sandwich I have ever had and the cappuccino I have ordered was pale and tasteless.. very bad experience overall.

Wonderful new place.They us best quality ingredients which is reflective in their food. Have ordered from here couple to times frm here and will highly recommend this place.
