I was the regular customer of the restaurant but they are so careless and irresponsible i ordered something and waited for my order. They served every single person of the restaurant who came after me and when i went to ask them they was not aware of my order like seriously this is the service of your brand named as Bikaner. I have not eaten the food and in anger i left the place so i want my money back please reimburse my money and i will never visit that pathetic place again.

Very poor service. Had to wait for 45 min for a Thalia at 10.20 pm. Very slow staff.
