they played music at a loud volume for no reason, nobody was dancing and people gathered at tables with their family/friends want to talk to each other while dining and the loud music was not letting us to do that.

Service is the worst, ambience is fine, nobody is there to take your order on time, you have to find someone just to ask for some water- 4 times to get it finally, and they run ads on Instagram for events and F1 races, but in reality when you book and shop up, they claim they didn't know about it and your day and money goes into a well. Not good, social is way better for gp's and overall for that matter, not visiting again.

The quality of food has deteriorated drastically. It’s was a sheer disappointment to visit Bira this time. We ordered onion rings and Angara Chicken Tikka and those items were not cooked properly. It was a disaster this time.
