I don't know if #burgerking checks all its outlets/franchises regularly. If there is an award for a company outlet providing substandard food and using substandard ingredients, then that particular award goes to this outlet. The quality and taste differ by a huge margin from other outlets. Eating at the outlet is a mistake but ordering online is even a bigger mistake as they will be always late in delivering orders and that too uncooked or undercooked with missing items. And if you call them they won't be of any help and delivery guys will be rude with you. They just need your money and serve you food that needs to be thrown away.

first I have waited for 45mins than I see the order no list our number is gone then I asked for my order they said waite 10 min after that they give me wrong order for correct it they take 5 min . If you are in hurry don't buy from it.

I have ordered 5 burger & pay online for 5 burgers still i received 4 , the contact no is giving on Zomato is switched off, so where should I give complaint about this.very bad , now I m not going to order any thing from Burger king.

They'll keep you waiting... and will give silent treatment on asking about status of order, They have No management, no sense of hospitality and will take your time for granted. Such a bad experience. Just keep waiting forever.

As per menu with 2 one is free ..i ordered 4 but the complimentary 2 are missing ...otherwise i would have ordered 6 ...cheat company..does not fulfil there menu condition ..will sue in the consumer court

Not good food …. Not received a full items…. Not good at all…. It was 2 spicy and we preferred normal …. Peri peri fries were not good…. … horrible experience

Made us wait for 10mins to place the order and then on being asked, told us to wait for 15 more minutes. Worst experience in Bestech Mall Outlet.
