I am only writing this review for a specific reason. That is, the staff here is extremely polite and helpful. One morning, on my way to office, I had to use the washroom on an urgency. Even though they were not open, cleaning was going on, they let me in on my request and let me use the washroom. This literally saved me from a lot of discomfort. Also, I have seen several of their regular customers visiting everyday And having a great time. So they must be excellent in terms of what they serve too. Really thankful.

Staff is courteous. Ordered my favourite cold coffee as usual and as usual it was the best and lipsmacking. The place is not that big but the vibe is on point. Loved it's outdoor searing area which is perfect for chilly evening coffee dates.

Best place for coffee lovers. Though, it is quite different from the other coffe days cafes. It serves variety of foods which is quite yummy. The quality is top notch and ambiance is the thing that attratcs the most. You can sit and relax, and do your work. I would give it a four star.

I have been there after office. They offer good service and place is also comfortable but the price is bit more because of lounge word. More than usual CCD cafes. 😊

Coffee is Good. But Food is bad. Ordered smoked chicken sandwich. It was cold and below average in taste. The bread, too, was hard and stale. Also, the filling of the sandwich was very little.

This place had a very exclusive range of shakes, coffees and other drinks. The side dishes are very average in taste but the beverages cove up for them. A good place for short meetings.

Coffee was superb Cool blue drink was excellent Pizza was horrible 30% discount on pizza did ring a bell but the fan in me ordered; keeping CCD repo in mind First attempt was cold unbaked base with poor topping. Second attempt was burnt base with same topping. Guys please learn to cook and then offer the item. Otherwise offering discounts won't help.

Café Coffee Day 1/5 Café Coffee Day, a part of Coffee Day Global Limited, is India’s favorite place for coffee and conversations. Popularly known as CCD, it is a hangout place where people can make conversations, and have a whole lot of fun over the coffee. Though it’s a brand in itself, I was highly disappointed during my last 2 visits in Panchkula outlet.  The coffee didn’t taste good at all and the service was extremely poor. The coffee mug got spilled while serving and the staff didn’t pay attention at all to clean the table in spite of request. Worst experience ever. One of the worst staff, zero stars. Had ordered Paneer Tikka Sandwich and Grilled Chicken Double Decker Sandwich. Got only Paneer Tikka Sandwich and that too after 25 minutes and that too cold. I also raised a complaint with the manager and he was also hopeless. They did not refund the money as well. please dont visit this cafe

Just giving 1 star to this place as there is no option to give 0 star. Worst food. Worst service. Bad staff. Orderd coffee and orange falvored something from the menu. These were the worst drinks I ever had.
