- The veg puff that we ordered was overheated, the base was black. - hot chocolate was topped with chilled cream that was curdled and sour. We were told that it is a standard procedure to top hot chocolate with chilled cream (unheard of, though) so we requested them to replace the order with hot chocolate without any cream (since the one served to us was sour). So I wouldn’t recommend their hot chocolate. Other than that, staff was courteous and responsive to our complaint.
