Chhota Banaras is a perfect place for some tasty South Indian and street food delicacies. We went for lunch and tried Ghee roast ragi dosa, ghee podi masala dosa, samosa chaat, podi ghee idli, rose shake, cold coffee, masala tea, kombucha. Everything was well prepared and delicious. Now comes the best part, the sweet dishes; jalebi, tosha, pineapple tea cake and rabri rasmalai. All just so yummy and mouth watering 😋. The ambience and decor is lively with seating space well spread out. Staff is doing an exceptionally well job, dealing with care and smile. Must visit restaurant for a lovely dining experience!

Chota Banaras has a really nice, easygoing vibe with courteous staff and a neat, clean setup. It’s a self-service place, which works fine for the kind of casual experience they offer. We did go in with slightly higher expectations in terms of menu variety and range of dishes, but the food itself didn’t disappoint. We tried the vada pav, tawa bhatura, and ice cream, and all of them were very good in taste. Overall, a solid 4/5—definitely a place I’d revisit.

The food was amazing and staff was really sweet! We had masala dosa, papdi chat, filter coffee, vanilla icecream, pineapple upside down cake, bun maska, vada pav and besan cheela- all items were 10/10! Looking forward to visit again! Thanks for lovely food and service

Amazing South Indian food! Gunpowder masala dosa & ghee ragi masala dosa are our all time favourites!!! We mostly visit here twice a month to have breakfast. Their millet & cookie brownies are really tasty too.

Awesome Food Quality. Frequently visiting this place, almost one a week. Very cooperative staff. Manger Kuldip singh looks after all guests personally. Keep it up. Highly recommended.

Food and ambience is very nice but the funniest part is their cashier girl who speaks ‘typical dehati language’ , rude with non pleasing nature.. the way she speaks looks like u r at some road side truck driver’s dhaba..

I had a terrible experience at Chitha Banaras and would not recommend it to anyone. The service was extremely poor, with rude and uncooperative staff who made the visit unpleasant from the start. The food was equally disappointing—bland, stale, and completely lacking in quality. The utensils provided were unhygienic, adding to the overall discomfort. The place had no sense of aesthetics or ambiance, making it feel unwelcoming and careless. Overall, it was a total waste of money and time. Definitely not worth even a single star.

Honestly overrated. The food quality wasn’t up to the mark.I ordered a chocolate shake but what I received tasted like cold coffee. The sambhar was good, but the idli was hard and dry. The pav bhaji was really poor — wouldn’t recommend it at all.Very disappointing and not what I expected.

Sir pls apne staff ko dubara school ya collage bhejo inhe baat krne ki manners sikhao bhut hi ghatiya staff hai Agar aisa hi chlta rha toh chota banaras se aur chota hote jaoge Agar apko Grow krna hai brand bnana hai toh staff change kro pls.

I have not idea why this place is so hyped. Below average food at premium prices. Another social media marketing scam. Tried twice both times disappointed.
