I had a fantastic experience at Chili’s! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a great meal. A huge shoutout to Shakti, who truly made the visit memorable. Shakti was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal

The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite there being several vacant seats, we were denied seating on the grounds that they were “reserved,” yet no proper explanation or assistance was provided. We had already been seated for quite some time, but still, no one attended to us or took our order. When we tried to ask, Ashwini and Rohan responded in a very arrogant and dismissive manner. This kind of attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. The service was pathetic, and the staff seemed uninterested in serving at all

i have been going chili’s from past so many years , bt yesterday was worst expierence . The veg pizza we ordered was not right bcoz of it we ended having severe stomach infection .
