We had a wonderful experience thanks to Krishna. He was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He made sure we were well looked after, checked on us at just the right times, and always had a warm smile. His excellent service and positive attitude made our meal even more enjoyable. Contrary to the reputation of Chilies, the outlet was full of flies buzzing all around. Despite repeated requests, the staff did not react , appeared demotivated and showed lackadaisical & unprofessional attitude. Not expected.
