Yesterday i went to this quirky place ..had a polite staff nd nyc decor with panormic view of chd in ur sight..restaurant was clean with nicely setup table ..now coming to food ..i ordered veg cheese steak sizzler- was good with wholesome paneer cutlet toppled with sauces nd veggies(saute) served with garlic bread..in chicken i ordered- classic chkn salt n pepper- actually this is called salt n pepper/- dry tender chkn breat pieces fried with spring oninons on top- was very crisp nd was mouth watering served with garlic sauce ..in main course i ordered vartaman ke chole- unique name nd served in a unique utensil- unique for todays generation- as they served in pickle vartman- which our dadi/nani used fpr pickle preparation..in breads i ordered churi nan,onion kulcha na tandoori roti- all were good..i also ordered guava can cooler mocktail- nothing new ,simple juice based mocked nd fresh lime soda...overall had a wonderful time nd live music was there too..which lifted my mood as old melodies they played...

Beautiful ambience!!Superb service(beats any other 5 star)!!Lovely live music..We ordered manpasand thal which was amazing..We were served complimentary mojito which was soooo good & refreshing that I ordered it on my all next visits.Tomato shoraba was perfect.In Main course we have tried Bukhara kofta curry & kadai paneer,loved both the items.Would go back again & again for amazing service & good food!

Cloud 9 is one of the best places to dine in with family. My favourites from this place are Honey chilly potato Broccoli almond soup Vegetarian platter And Rabri ❤️👌🏻 The taste , presentation , ambience and service is just perfect.

Visited cloud 9 at shivalik view last night with family. We planned to shivalik just for a cup of coffee but since mango festival month was on so we went to cloud 9. Ambience is good, area is quite big and lighted up, live music was on and the service was pretty fast. We started with mocktails. Cran daddy cool- 7up canberry , pineapple and lime juice Apple julep- apple juice mixed with orange pineapple and lime juice. Pinacolada- pine apple juice with coconut milk Virgin mary- tomato base with lime juice and worcesdershire sause. All flavours were very refreshing and well prepared. As per 5 star hotel the rates were also very reasonable. For main course we just ordered one chicken and one mutton biryani with pineapple curd and mixed raita. The mutton and chicken both were very well cooked and the quantity was good enough. My experience was very good and looking forward to go again.

A place with old school vibes and modern decor at the same time. The view of city absolutely breathtaking. The food is good too specially the dal makhni and the service here impeccable the way you are treated here really makes you feel special. On the whole a great place to go out with your family.

the anjeer kebab was intresting. akhrot kabab could have more nutty texture. both were a little overpriced though. the non veg thaal was nice too. but we ordered lahori mutton and chicken methi. the former had less pieces and more bones, and when they replaced the dish with a boneless version, that seemed stale/non cooked mutton. the chicken dish was average too. disappointing main course. we didn't eat maximum mutton pieces and they fairly didn't bill us the mutton dish. main course should be and could be improved.

My worst eat out experience ever! We went for a family dinner to the hotel. The restaurant is at their 6th floor and is a fine dine We ordered for chicken kababs and in return we got mutton kababs We ordered for shorma and it was very sticky Also, to top it all, it looked like a kindergarden. There were more than 50 toddlers who were unleashed and had nobody to control them I asked for water and it hd some insect

I would be polite ! So don't ever eat Chinese here as I was served stale noodles reheated! I returned my food and the staff handed me bill and I paid and they took it . It really made me sick later. Please don't ever do this to anyone!
