The staff Gautam was very aggressive and non cooperative at the lounge and did not have the basic etiquettes to speak to a customer inspite of making incorrect billing and on questioning about the correctness of the bill had the guts to confront and argue…..

The restaurant forced us to pay the liquor bill separately without the district app benefits. They only allowed the app benefits in the food bill inspite of us objecting to their action, in return the staff misbehave with us.
