Worst experience with Domino’s till date. I placed an order on 26 November 2025 at 02:29 AM (Order #252) from the Sector 82, Mohali outlet. The app is showing “Delivered”, but I NEVER received the order. No call, no message, no delivery person — absolutely nothing. Instead of giving my food or even informing me, Domino’s simply marked it as Delivered and later refunded only ₹238, pretending as if everything is fine. On top of that, they added a 45-minute reward, which makes no sense because the order was never delivered in the first place. How can you give a “late delivery reward” for an order that NEVER arrived? This is not the first time this outlet has done this. In the last 10 days: Multiple orders got cancelled after making me wait 30+ minutes I have received cold food several times Delivery boys often behave rudely or refuse to come to the correct location And now, marking orders as Delivered when the customer never received anything! My entire sleep cycle got disturbed because I kept waiting for the order that never arrived. Domino’s just refunded the amount but doesn't fix the core problem — their store keeps doing the same thing again and again without any accountability. A refund doesn’t solve the wasted time, hunger, stress, and mental disturbance caused by their negligence. Domino’s needs to seriously investigate this outlet. Customers are not here to be fooled with false delivery updates and meaningless wallet points. This outlet is ruining Domino’s reputation completely. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all.

One of the worst dominos i have ever visited. Took more than 45 min to prepare meal. Very bad tasteless food . They made people fool . We had not taken even a single slice bcz of so bad taste. Every we left there

The worst service was the 2nd Time where I ordered from this restaurant and both times they cancelled my order and after that no one answered on call.
