Since this app is not allowing to write feedback for delivery, writing that in dine in. I ordered pizza yesterday and the delivery boy didn't brought any carry bag. Also since you are not delivering till doorstep, but just at the gate of the society, I am supposed to carry your pizza for 200 mts with all the dust going in , in these corona times. Such a poor service after spending so much money.

pathetic and world worst service and No. 1 fraud company is Zomoto. They think people are fool, and after receiving payment and order placement, there is no way to contact and distribute them. Only some invalid number and bullsit chatbot. This is my first order through Zomato and first orde they have opened my eyes. Pathetic service.

Was ordering pizza before 10 min of closing...so they call me and say can’t delivery okay but they didn’t even cancel it...so I can’t order some other food what the hell????? I call them many times but they just closing phone on my face!!!! And they didn’t cancel till now r u serious guys???????

Send me my refund for cold drink . Plus you never gave proper change . Delivery boy forget to give the cold drink and said he will send refund but didn't and never give change

Bad service…they can cancel your order anytime. Even the order is confirmed and paid. They will just call you and tell you we are over booked we cannot take orders
