As far as the restaurant is concerned it was great but i did not like the multiple calls for confirmation of the booking from district as well as the the manager of the restaurant

I visited Eddie's based on the decent ambience, but the actual experience was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this place. To start, the food is below average and the portion sizes make zero sense. I ordered the chilli paneer, noodles, pasta, and corn kebabs—everything tasted mediocre at best, and the portions were surprisingly small for what they cost. The biggest disappointment, however, came when I tried to order a chicken main course. I was dining alone and found out they **only** offer full portions. When I asked why, I was basically told "that's just how it is." Even the most high-end restaurants offer half-portions to accommodate solo diners. How is one person supposed to finish a massive full portion alone? It's wasteful and completely inflexible. To make matters worse, when I tried to politely share this feedback with the manager, they couldn't have cared less. They literally didn't give two damns and just brushed me off saying nothing could be done. Total lack of customer service. On top of all that, the service was painfully slow, and the food took forever to arrive. Good decor can't save a restaurant with bad food, rigid policies, and dismissive management. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

popr quality of food and service was so unprofessional, especially manager lacks the professionalism, while entry through district they initially took it non seriously, overall waste of money and time
