We really liked the coffee, but the food was a total letdown. We had the Burnt Butter coffee, Coconut pandan latte, Mushroom Sando and avo feta smorrebrød. We were given no recommendations despite asking multiple times. The server in addition to being impolite, also messed up our order. After we shared feedback on the food, he made condescending comments, and later offered us a complimentary dessert that we refused. Service requires major improvement and the staff at the minimum needs to know the menu better. Food is overpriced and underwhelming in taste, although portions and presentation are good. To make matters worse, water started dripping from the AC vent above our table as we called for the check. Seating is cramped.

I didnt like the concept of this cafe, sitting on a single bench and watching the kitchen and staff working in it, moreover the seating is like when you visit a doctor and waiting for your turn amd that too not comfortable at allSome staff is polite and some is arrogant. Coffee is okay and not worth it. It just doesnt justify the cost. The coffee was just average and definitely not worth the price. My hot coffee arrived only lukewarm, making it possible to drink it in one go. It was also served in a cup without a handle, which was inconvenient. To make matters worse, such a large cafe didn’t even have brown sugar available. Overall, the cafe fails to justify its premium pricing. The uncomfortable seating, inconsistent service, and mediocre coffee make it difficult to recommend.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a coffee place. The service was extremely slow and poorly managed. Nobody seemed to be listening to the customers, and the staff/waiters were completely inattentive. Our food had apparently been ready for quite some time, but it was brought to our table much later. To make things worse, our order was taken incorrectly in the first place, which added to the frustration. The seating arrangement was extremely uncomfortable and poorly planned. It genuinely made the overall experience even worse. Overall, the service, seating, and order management were all disappointing. We came expecting a nice coffee-and-food experience but left extremely frustrated. Definitely one of the worst experiences we’ve had.
