Went for dinner with my husband. The food was great. The staff was so polite & courteous. Complete value for money…… Also availed 15% discount on the total bill when pay through Zomato, which was like cherry on the cake…….. The ambiance was so cozy…..

The food always hits my pallet on point. The portion size is really good unlike other nice fancy hotels. The staff is always so polite,attentive & courteous. Complete value for money……..

1.Washrooms don't have partitions. 2.Menu of buffet is small. 3. No dedicated chef. 4.6 out of 10 marks in comparison to Hyatt n jw marriot.

It was my 1st visit to Novotel chd, Me and 4 of my family members had dinner yesterday. Food was not good as expected. We ordered Paneer lababdar which was extra spicy and malai kofta was extra sweet. Service was very poor. It took 40-50min for them to serve after the order was placed and that too 1 vegetable was misplaced. No cake/pastry/ complementary dish for birthday!!!! That was harsh !! Starters were also 2out of 5. I don’t recommend anyone as we have Taj,JW other good choices to choose upon.
