Soya chaap gravy along with Garlic naan is totally unhealthy tons of oil in gravy . Please avoid oily food stuff at their outlet .

Went with high expectations but disappointed,Ordered Chaat,Kathi with roomali,Amritsari chole kulche,Bhatore chole First thing all the curries had excess amount of oil and spice was on higher side,Kathi had oil floating on top of it as it was frozen packet that they serve i saw that myself.Bhatore was not fried properly and had oil.Amritsari kulca tasted decent but chole with it was below average Spongy rasgulla was just like any other normal sweet shop and so was their rabdi.Overall this might be my last visit Taste 1.5/5 Quality 2/5 Hygiene 3/5

Extremely bad experience. Went there with high hopes and returned totally disappointed. Food taste is not as it's overhyped and quantity is less too. Ordered Channa Bhatura and Special Natratra Thali and got 2 small Bhaturas and that too was not completely cooked. Special Navratra Thali is advertised as something else in their menu and what u will get after payment will not match with the menu. What servers and managers will try to explain is that there's a misprint in the menu which no one cared to inform me while taking money. As per menu it was advertised u will get 3 paneer dishes and gulab jamun and peanut cutlet. What they tell u later is that there's only one paneer dish will get added in the order. They do not have Gulab Jamun and Peanut Cutlet with them even though they clearly mentioned those in menu. And to add to their disgrace, they don't have glasses to serve water. Water is also available on Self Service but there are no glasses available. They will give you disposable katoris to drink water. Imagine a restaurant with name Haldirams and charging so much money for their name but people eating there have to drink water in katoris. Well Done Haldirams. Hope someone from the management will read this review and take some action. If they don't, avoid going there.

I ordered a veg thali and it was an awful experience.The paneer and mix veg were undercooked and terrible. The food arrived cold, the chapati was hard and also very small in size, and the curries tasted bland and stale. The portion size was tiny, not enough for even one person, and the price was unreasonably high. The presentation looked messy and unappetizing. Overall, it was a total waste of money and a truly terrible meal. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered Kaju Modak & what I got was kaju Katli pressed in a form which is somewhat like a modak The packaging was pathetic far from what was shown in the Zomato menu. This place is a stinker on the reputation of Haldiram’s . Genuinely disappointed ☹️.
