We had a wonderful dinner experience! The food was really nice, with authentic flavours and a beautiful presentation. The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the portion size, which was a little small. The vibe was absolutely awesome—perfect for hearty, long conversations at any time of the year. There’s something very warm and welcoming about the place; it genuinely feels like someone is inviting you to be a part of their family. The Bageecha concept was truly mesmerising. The cabanas, slow music, beautiful lighting, and overall ambience came together perfectly. We absolutely loved our dinner experience. Would definitely visit again and happily recommend it to friends and family! ❤️

Always a great experience! The hospitality is truly top-notch, and the staff is wonderful. The food is absolutely delicious, and combined with the great ambience, it makes for a perfect visit every single time. Highly recommended!

The place is quiet upmarket and classy and gives a very sophisticated vibe. The food portions are rather small according to me but the taste is quiet good . The kitchen is on the slower side and your food will take a while. I found the service to be quiet decent though I would prefer if hostess at the door is a bit more polite.

Inspite of booking a table well in advance, we were provided with a corner table which did not suit our requirements. After repeated requests and discussion, we were placed in one of the joint sections of the restaurant. The breads came cold. The service was very slow, most of the times ending up calling the stewards on our own. No finger bowls after telling a steward to get the bill. Finally, the bill came after 15 mins. Despite taking a good amount as Service Charges for food and liquor both, it wasn't up to the mark. With such a hype, these aspects need a drastic change.

Extremely Poor Service and Misleading Promises – Ikk Panjab, Sector 26, Chandigarh One of the most frustrating experiences I have had at a restaurant. We were repeatedly told that our order would be ready in just 5–10 minutes, so we kept waiting patiently. However, those 5–10 minutes kept turning into another 5–10 minutes, and we ended up waiting for almost an hour. The most disappointing part was the lack of honest communication. If the restaurant was facing delays, the staff should have told us the actual waiting time instead of repeatedly making promises that were not kept. On top of this, Aatish, the Assistant Manager, was rude and unprofessional when dealing with customers. An assistant manager should be capable of handling complaints calmly, communicating honestly, and respecting people’s time. I strongly urge the owners and senior management to investigate these issues and reconsider the current management arrangements if this behaviour continues. Customers deserve transparency, courtesy, and proper service—not endless waiting and repeated assurances. Based on this experience, I would think twice before visiting again. The management seriously needs to improve its customer service.

Worst Experience!! Poor Management... Rude behaviour... Dont have sense to talk with customers. Booked table for 8 pax at 8 pm. Reached there and answer of Lady there ( may be name is manam) is rudely speaking that we are not responsible for online table bookings. 2 Small kids with me but they dont bother. space was not available even after booking ... can be understood. .. But mis behave, rude talks with customer. reflects their image only. i only pray the restaurant will close soon as they dont know how to manage hospitality. owner have to seriously look into their staff...

we went around 8pm on sunday, (made a reservation through district app), the entire Resturant was empty so we asked for a table to sit which we liked but the staff did not allow to give our desired table even though there was no one besides us. So instead we left and saw the karigari Resturant besides it and went there and had an amazing experience. I am glad we skipped ikk punjab.
