We visited this wonderful place with our family who were visiting from the USA. Their son had a very specific request for a customized cheesy pizza with a cheese burst crust. The chef was absolutely incredible—he took the request completely in stride and crafted such a delicious, flavorful pizza. Needless to say, it was a massive hit! He thoroughly enjoyed his meal and even declared it the best pizza he has ever had. He also loved the ambiance, calling it the best place he has ever visited. Beyond the fantastic food, the entire staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. This is truly a must-visit place!

It was very nice to go....... also try woodfire pizza and homemade truffle pasta on Jamaica craft...... The staff & the food service was excellent 👌👌

The food was just fine, not great. Not something to go back to The place is great, loved the spacious area and the entire interior, decor, ambiance etc. The staff was okay I guess. Only the butter garlic prawns were good, the alfredo pasta was meh and could be improved. The desert was also not too good.

Very disappointing experience at Jamaica Craft Cafe. The management and overall experience were extremely poor. I also have concerns regarding employees allegedly not receiving their salaries on time. There are also serious concerns about activities taking place at the cafe that I believe should be properly investigated by the relevant authorities.

Very pathetic place…especially if u r planning for their buffet…oh man they couldn’t handle a buffet of 7-8 ppl….couldn’t even serve a welcome drink for 2 hrs….plz don’t waste your money n time by going there…worst place ever
