I ordered JHOL MOMOS and VEG HOTPOT and LAPHING. Everything was so delicious especially Jhol momos gravy and the size of the momos was so tasty. Hotpot with momos and vegetables and noodles in it. Still filling for 3 people. In drinks I ordered mango monster, it was also must try.

Recently i visited kalsang. This is the most authentic asian restaurant in the tricity. The place directly takes you to tibet vibe. Must try the thukpa, dim sums, bubble tea and also ramen. Highly recommended.

I like the place background music but service is not good waiters dont care what we want have to wait a lot for one thing they dont even see or check pathetic service wasted so much time they dont know to explain dish too or recommend good ones i like the vibe of place but service make me not go there

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant incident that took place during my visit to your café on 16th October 2025. I had visited Kalsang Café and placed an order for Thukpa. At the time of ordering, I clearly mentioned that I wanted half a portion, as it is difficult for a single person to finish a full one. However, when the order was served, it was a full plate. When I informed the captain about the same, he denied my request and began arguing in a high tone, falsely claiming that I had not mentioned a half order. During this discussion, one of your security staff members intervened and started misbehaving and using inappropriate language. He remarked that “this is not a dhaba where you can order half” and used several other disrespectful words. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and humiliating. If your staff had simply informed me politely that half portions are not served at Kalsang, I would have gladly paid for the full order without any issue. However, the rude attitude and unacceptable words used by the staff and security have left a very bad impression. I have visited restaurants of all types—from small dhabas to reputed hotels like Taj and Hyatt—but have never faced such behavior. This incident has completely changed my perception of Kalsang Café, and it will be difficult for me to visit again due to this unpleasant experience. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the staff involved so that such incidents do not occur with other customers in the future.

worst then any other 1 star rated kitchen. this review is not as a guest but it is for the guests who love kalsang. I visited the outlet as h an employee but as I have access to the kitchen and there are many cockroaches and small mosquito under the deep fridge doors and it was a derties kitchen I have ever seen in my entire 17 years of career. cockroaches are playing on the wheat flour box and many more places. suddenly I have talk about this situation to the manager but some how he was an old employee so Director pull me back in that situation and ask me that every kitchens are same like that in other brands which not true. so they targeted me and within 15 days I was out from the kalsang as Director dnt want me in kalsang anymore because I was poking them about hygeine and food safety.... I don't know why fssai is silent in there case I have many proofs regarding this and one advocate guest has already given a notice on pets on the table . I have shared a photo too because there is an only option otherwise I want to share vedios people who love the food in kalsang please take care about your health thanks ex employee kalsang

Ordered steamed momos but they were dirty and had some sticky black stuff on it. Now I understand all the bad reviews. Been visiting this place for 8+ years. Service has degraded and the quality of food is very bad. Hygiene is not part of their establishment. Avoid this place.

The food quality is okish but prices are too high. they hardly add veggies and ingredients, only chillies and charge 600rs for it. menu is fake and deceiving.

Poor service. Kept fanning flies away with hands all the time. Every dish was heavily salted. would never ever go to this place again. 😭

Always sending wrong orders. Sometimes chicken to vegetarian, completely wrong dishes, twice plastic in food!!!
