I ordered sun dried tomatoes and arugula garlic bread, but when it arrived it smelled stale and not edible so I asked the staff to replace it and after replacement the condition was even worse. I asked the management to cancel my order but they flatly refused and said that it is upto our standards and we cannot replace it anymore or cancel it as well. One Mr. Varun Rana was very rude in dealing the whole situation and he also misbehaved with us. In second time the dish was burnt, tasted sour, oil was dripping out of it like it was fried pakoras. Very bad management behaviour and no consumer flexibility as well.

We ordered 3 coffees, 2 of them were not nice. A friend ordered Omlette and confirmed 4 times that sausages will come on the side. When the order came, it was Eggs Benedict and the waiter said 'sauce side me hai.' The chicken grilled sandwich was really bad, with an intense taste and amount of raw onions inside. We then ordered sausages on the side and 2 frankfurters came, with a charge of ₹190! Really bad experience.

They don’t take the orders seriously. We ordered veg pasta but they served us non veg pasta.
