It's a nice place to hang out and try new peri peri fries also they make good burgers and maintain hygiene there's mc allo tikki burger is my all time favourite

Really bullshit…they offer you free Mcallo tikki on order above 199..but in the billing section they add the price of mcalloo tikki burger ……why given free when you have to charge the price of burger… and what is the point of iced cold drink in winters???

This is 2nd time in a row that the restaurant didn't send barbecue and mustard sauce along with the nuggets. They charge you extra for extra sauce and don't send what you have paid them for. Tried calling them but no response. Shame on them! Thief in the store.

Good place but not upto to the mark. Maybe it is inside a semi urban mall it doesn't look that happening at all. The nearest Mc Donald's is just 1 km away so people usually go there for it's drive thru location.

The restaurant customer service is awful. I mistakenly gave them 5 star that’s the reason I choose to write review here. My experience with them is awful. I have ordered the food online. And called the restaurant to provide cooking instruction clearly and precisely. The restaurant was so ignorant and didn’t followed any instruction and send the wrong order. I called immediately that instruction was not followed could you please take back the order and replace the new one which they supposed to do. The person didn’t care about it and cut the phone in between while I am talking and explaining my concern by just saying we cannot do anything. This is so ridiculous and ignorant behavior. I never experience like this before anywhere because always other restaurant owns and they try to rectify the issue. Mc Donald is very big and reputed chain in all over the world and treatment like this from them is very big concern not just for this particular restaurant but for the entire food chain. They just need to understand they are representing a well established brand so they should mindful of that. The restaurant should serve the customer respectfully and paid attention to the instruction given. If the mistake happen then you should own it and go extra mile to rectify it. Not just ignore and said we cannot do anything. It is so rude behavior. I was so upset because it is night and my mom solely depended on the food i ordered for dinner. Because of this silly mistake made by them my mom has to sleep without food on Mother’s Day. They really don’t care about anything. For them making mistake is easy and don’t own it but they don’t understand the customer circumstances that the instruction was giving for some specific reason and it is important to follow. I hope other should not experience like this and my review will make the restaurant to understand their fault and not to repeat again with others.

The mac maharaja had no tomato the mc veggie had only lettuce we had mc donalds after 6 years its not just the old mc donalds now its bland nothing special even local fast-food joints can give a better burger than them such a shame wonder if the tried to sell burgers without tomato in their home land and read a post after i googled it dated way back to 2017 they stopped tomato in just north and east INDIA so for 2 years they could not find good tomato 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Irresponsible staff, missing fries in meal and even not attenting calls, and this is second time they do this.. I will not order again from this restaurant

Horrible service the staff doesn’t know how to talk. Specially the manager he has a lot of attitude. I would recommend not to visit.
