"Do you know why I love McDonald's? It's not only because of their tasty meals but also the steps they have taken to ensure their customer's safety. I am talking about their Golden Guarantee of ''Extra Safe, Great Taste'' food experience. When I received my order, I saw that the rider was already maintaining social distance, wearing a mask & gloves, and had even sanitized his hands. I was totally impressed. I ordered the following: McSpicy Paneer Burger: It was assembled with a cottage cheese patty and perfectly coated in a spicy & crispy batter. It boasted its spicy and cheesy flavours excellently and satiated me. I don't think I have been this happy in my life before. Its creamy sauce & crunchy lettuce were great in taste too. I even got to know that they source most of their ingredients from India itself. I don't know why but I was jolly after knowing this. Fries: Who doesn't love McDonald's Fries? Always crunchy and tasty! Coke: It was thirst-quenching and refreshing to my throat.

I recently arranged a birthday party here, the person (don't want to quote the name) detailed to look after arrangement was so unprofessional that we had to insist him/her for each and every arrangement. everything was delayed. there was electric problem in starting too

Worst I must say been to McD from years but this year they degraded their food quality, minimal veggies in mc veggie if u got chunks or pieces of veggies than don't feel lucky stale, rotten veggies, by paying 100 rupees for rotten namesake veggies burger which I had today ....... I ordered something else both of my orders were unavailable they asked to have mc veggies .... which was disgusting ..... I uploaded pics clearly. Anyone can see the condition of minimal veggies...better u should throw that kind of food rather than making customers fool to pay for that ....even roadside food is much better and value for money......if you order through Zomato they say it's not their problem talk to Zomato.t.If you take it yourself than also same ...... Untrained ,rude and non professional persons to attend to the queries and issues ... pathetic quality
