Pathetic experience…Food was cold when I received it…I ordered a Paneer wrap…no tomatoes, not enough lettuce, paneer chewy and old… wrap was stale and chewy… I was charged for packaging as we all have seen in our bills but no paper napkins or packing done as compared to what I usually get from Sector-35 outlet… It’s sad that the standards are not being met and maintained by the company and customers are getting fooled by their pricing… I often wonder, McDonald’s rounds of the paise in the bill despite online payment… Why? It’s not about money but the fact that how much money is being rounded up in hundreds of bills per outlet across the world that adds to their kitty… Think for once and pls avoid Sector 22 outlet at least, for an online order… bad deal!

I order online order from this shop and the accepted online order and I have pay the full amount after the 40 minutes later they call me and say your order is cancel because our kitchen was not ready and no sense to talk to customer

I ordered McVeggie and instead they delivered McSpicy paneer that I could not eat because of the extra spices. Also the burger and fries were cold. Very bad service given by McDonalds.

You guys are so irresponsible, you gave my order to someone else and made me wait 40 minutes and above that you guys are lying that order is about to leave. Pathetic experience

Order no 574934688 Maharaja mac unedible and burnt no one answering the phone . Regular customets being treated this way is deproable.Shame on Mc Donalds

Everytime I order some food they forget to send complete order. And their contact number always switch off. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM
