great vibes. we are from Mumbai and felt the vibes were at par with the pubs in Mumbai. However I am deducting one star because the variety in Pizzas and other continental food is a bit less. Also they dont encourage any customization in drinks. I have had drinks in Lord of the Drinks in Mumbai and even they allow to customize. but the service and staff were really good. Vivek was really good.

everything is good The ambience and overall experience were quite enjoyable, and I found everything amusing. However, the sofa seating at the back was very dirty and definitely needs proper cleaning and maintenance. The chicken pieces in the biryani were not up to the mark, but the pasta was really good.

The whole experience was pathetic. Their customer service, food was delayed, inspite informing and confirming there is a birthday celebration. The manager didn’t coordinate with his staff and live band. Which left us disappointed as we couldn’t even sing happy birthday to our son on his birthday. We couldn’t hear each other. It was a big messed up evening. So frustrating and saddening to see money and time and emotions wasted .. highly disappointed never gonna recommend this to anyone
