A Wonderful Dining Experience at Misora, Mohali We had a truly wonderful experience at Misora, Mohali. From the moment we entered the restaurant, everything felt premium, welcoming, and thoughtfully managed. The ambience is beautiful, the overall atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, and the entire experience gives you the feeling of being at a high-quality dining destination. What really stood out for us was the hospitality and service. A special mention definitely goes to Shashi Sir, who personally took care of us and made our entire visit extremely comfortable and memorable. His professionalism, warm nature, attention to detail, and genuine approach towards guests were truly impressive. Shashi Sir was extremely courteous and attentive throughout our visit. He made sure that we were comfortable, understood our requirements, and had everything we needed. What I appreciated the most was that his hospitality did not feel forced or formal—it felt genuinely warm and personal. He has a very positive personality and knows exactly how to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Good service can completely change a dining experience, and Shashi Sir is a perfect example of that. He was always available whenever we needed anything, while at the same time giving us the right amount of space to enjoy our food and conversation. His knowledge, confidence, communication, and professional way of handling guests really deserve appreciation. The entire team at Misora was polite, well-trained, and professional, but Shashi Sir deserves a special appreciation for going above and beyond to make our visit special. His hospitality added an extra level of comfort and positivity to our experience. Coming to the restaurant itself, Misora has a very impressive ambience. The interiors are stylish, the atmosphere is energetic, and it is a great place whether you are looking to enjoy a meal with family, friends, or have a special evening out. The overall presentation and environment complement the dining experience beautifully. The food experience was also enjoyable, and the combination of good food, a beautiful ambience, and excellent hospitality made our visit even more memorable. It is always great to visit a place where the management and staff genuinely care about their guests, and Misora definitely gave us that feeling. For me, hospitality is not just about serving food—it is about making the guest feel respected, comfortable, and special, and Shashi Sir truly delivered that experience. Had a wonderful experience at Misora! The food was delicious, the ambience was beautiful, and the live Bollywood music made the evening even more enjoyable. It created such a lively yet pleasant atmosphere and really added to the overall experience. Great food, lovely ambience, live music, and excellent service — definitely a place we’d love to visit again!

Food was very low quality. Zero privacy staff stands nearby and staring at you. They have added extra staff contribution charges which was so irrelevant. As per the prices, its worthless
